Klarity
Klarity was DemandScience's sales intelligence product. I led product design end to end.
The problem
Reps were losing time between tools. Search lived in one place, lists in another, and outreach somewhere else, so intent went cold while people rebuilt context.
What I did
I led research and journey mapping, set the UX architecture, and designed the hi-fi flows so search, lists, and team home felt like one product. Live Data Factory and Confirmed Connect sat underneath. Direct-dial accuracy moved up about 35%.
Contact search
One canvas for filters and people. Location and headcount chips stay visible, and each row keeps title, reach-out, and company context without a second page.

Company search
Same filters, firmographic rows. Logo, industry, headcount, and revenue sit ready for quick compare, with call and email still one click away.

Shared lists
Cathy's target list is a team object: collaborators on the face pile, clear status, and bulk send to Salesforce, CSV, or LinkedIn.

Team home
Credits, monthly activity, and notifications that need a decision. Managers see usage and trial pressure where they already check in.
