ReplyForce

Automated email outreach and data platform for B2B audiences.

Role
Senior Product Designer
Company
DemandScience

2023

The problem

Sequencing tools plus buying data was expensive and hard for SMB sales folks. People needed a free, easy email outreach + data path, and DemandScience needed permission-based first party data from real usage.

What I did

As senior product designer I led end-to-end SaaS design for ReplyForce: audience build, templates, sequence writing, review and launch. I reused the same design system family as [[project:klarity|Klarity]] so the two DemandScience products feel related.

Dashboard

Activity at a glance plus bounce and unsubscribe, audience quota, delivered vs opens, and active campaigns with sequence progress in one hub.

Audience

Step 1 of the campaign wizard. Reach, monthly limit, volume slider, refine filters, and a live preview table before anyone writes an email.

Email templates

Step 2 starts with goal-based ReplyForce templates or create from scratch, so sequencing feels modular instead of a blank page.

Sequence writer

Subject and body with merge fields, side-by-side preview, and a clear Day 1 / Day 3 cadence down the spine.

Review and launch

Final check of audience, sequence, setup, and settings. Account and mailbox connect block Launch until the dependency is clear, including the tooltip that says create account before connecting mailbox.

Campaigns on the dashboard

Empty-state activity cards, audience quota, analytics placeholder, and Active Campaigns with progress like Email 2 of 4 so the hub still works before data fills in.
